Super disappointed with the quality of the components. The screen cracked with minimal use (they said it was under warranty but charged me to replace the part) and now a black piece of funnel has come loose from the feed tube. Parts broke both times, I just got consistent with juicing and starting the cleaning. Both times I could not continue due to defective parts. All jets are cheap and flimsy, shaking when turned on. I want my money back so I can buy a quality car.

This juicer doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. It doesn't produce much juice from fruits or vegetables. It's a waste of money to buy expensive organic fruits and vegetables for juicing when the juicer produces more garbage than juice. I cringe when I see the little drop of juice each fruit/vegetable produces. Waste of money on both sides (buying this machine and losing your products). Juicer is great for leafy green vegetables, carrots, apples, celery and some others, but not so good for soft fruits like kiwi or mango. It was easy to clean. I originally liked this juicer, bought it in March 2019 until the feed tube broke. Since the box says 15 years warranty I tried calling the company. The Guarantee Line reported that the number had been sold to Legacy Company; press 2 for "Omega". Message #2 says you are sending an email. OK. I only have it managed to squeeze 1, 5 glasses of juice to it. It's brand new and I'm afraid to use it as it looks like it's about to explode. I was just trying to juice spinach and broccoli and after 20 seconds the juicer started smelling awful. I followed the instructions meticulously and thought maybe this is just the beginning. NC 800HDS definitely works better on carrots and harder foods. And we don't know why, but running vegetables and fruit through the NC 800HDS produces more product than through the Omega VSJ843QS. The Omega VSJ843QS is more like falling and running under gravity, or basically you have to use a tool from time to time to move fruit and veg down the scream. I bought this juicer a few years ago after a lot of research and wanted to try going vegan. I used to have a cheap Target centrifugal juicer that made horrible tasting juice, separated instantly and had a TON of coarse foam.
