I bought this to hide my fears while at work, I saw a few other reviews that it worked great for other people who tried the same but I think my curls are too thick , they are less than 2ft from the root so they should definitely fit but it looks very chunky and the hat barely goes over my hairline with my dreadlocks in. The band isn't very stretchy but it helps keep my fears off my face when worn normally. It's quite comfortable and stays in place even in decent winds like an open car window (I lost a couple of hats from the windows lol). If you have a small head, it could be a little looser. It's not exactly what I wanted, but it's also not designed for what I wanted, so I classed it as a normal light hat, it will definitely be good for summer and much more cooler to wear than Tam, even if it doesn't match my fears.
