Terrible product in painting, painting and art supplies

The paint is like water so I stirred thoroughly for about five minutes to see if pigment paint had settled. It makes no difference when you try to use it, it drips everywhere. not the article you are trying to apply too hard to work with. I would think twice before buying this product again or recommending it to someone

Very thick neon paint. Still needs to be layered though.

I liked that the color was very vibrant but the paint was quite watery.
