Bought this jacket for my son to wear in the upcoming ski season. The jacket looked great however, the first time I wore it, 1 main zip broke completely. Last weekend at the ski club he was trying to get his phone out of another chest zipper that was stuck so I tried to help and the second zipper broke in my hand. The jacket was worn twice and the zipper broke both times. I am very sad about the quality of this jacket. It would be nice to get an answer from a company representative on this issue and a possible solution. photos ahead.
