I installed these McGard chrome wheel locks for peace of mind. My 2011 Scion xB has aftermarket Drag 34 alloy wheels with very narrow nut pockets, which is why I have these "Tuner Style" wheel locks. If your lug nut pockets are larger than my lug nut pockets, you can use other McGard locks that have the same M12 x 1.5 internal thread but are slightly longer, have a slightly larger outside diameter and are smaller. expensive (more on that later). Make sure you purchase the correct rotor seat (cone, radius, or shank) to match your wheels. (The "saddle" is the part of the nut that makes contact with the wheel.) Typically, cone calipers are used on aftermarket wheels like my Drag 34. On the other hand, my 2008 Toyota Sienna and 2005 Toyota Camry come with OEM alloy wheels and seats Shaft. All three vehicles have the same M12 x 1.5 thread. These McGard 25257 locks are 1.24 inches long, look great and are easy to use. The included wrench is double headed and fits a 13/16" socket or 7/8" socket. The key pattern is actually on the underside of the sleeve that slips onto the lock body. This design ensures a secure connection between the key and lock, preventing damage to the key or lock from displacement. McGard includes a registration card so you can get new keys later. Be sure to keep your copy in a safe place. Other reviewers have complained that the included 13/16" hex wrench does not fit their OEM nut tool. As mentioned above, the included wrench has a double "stacked" head, it fits a 13/16" or 7/8" socket. Aside from that, McGard actually makes other (less expensive) lock sets (with a slightly larger outside diameter ) with the same internal threads with 2 hex wrench sizes to fit certain tools with OEM nuts: x thread size 1.5) - a set of 4 have a 3/4" hex wrench and a 1.46" length - locks 25157 McGard 24157 Chrome Cone Seat Locks (M12 x 1.5 Thread Size) - Set of 4 has a 13/16" allen key and is 1.28" in length so you can get a set of locks with a key that fits your OEM wrench (SAE sized wrenches work with metric sockets, but they don't fit exactly.) I use a Gorilla Automotive 1721 telescopic wrench. Telescopic The Gorilla Automotive 1721 wrench is a standard head and the mitg The supplied 7/8" head on this wrench is perfect. All in all this is a great product. It's more expensive than the knockoff brands available at your local auto shop, but it's definitely worth it!
