SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK. AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought this with the expectation that it would be used during a large company barbecue I was hosting. I used it before but only 1 "station". It worked great. When I later used several grill monitors, they were completely inaccurate. Uncooked cuts of meat have been documented at over 200 degrees Fahrenheit. I wrote a nice email to the company where I didn't even ask for my money but waited for a reply. After 2 weeks none. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DEVICE. WASTE OF MONEY.
