Preferences: - Lightweight - Comfortable (if it stays in place) Dislikes - Too small to hold much more than a phone and key. I couldn't put my iPhone 11+ in a zip pocket along with more than one key. The strap won't stay in place when you're folded a certain way. I have big hips and a small waist. The belt keeps riding up on me as I run and eventually bounces around my waist because it's too big to fit snugly. This is an annoying problem when you're trying to get a good run but have to constantly re-tighten the belt where you want it. - It cannot be adjusted very small. I would describe this belt as "big". I've tried wearing it around my waist (to prevent bouncing) but the strap can't be adjusted to make it that small. I only used this product 2 or 3 times before realizing it wasn't going to work for me. I would recommend looking for a belt that offers a tighter fit (if you have a smaller waist than your hips) and more pocket room.
