Quality is good, the strap is elastic, comfortable, but with a tight buckle on the hips, the bag becomes narrow or flat, making it very difficult to reach the phone. The bag is made of non-stretch fabric with a plastic lining so nothing gives. This can be fine if you want your phone to be secure and you don't need to check it at all, but if you want to take your phone with you to take a picture or read text, forget it! I have to send it back.

The perfect light weight slim belt for storing keys, phone and ID while running. The waistband and pocket feel solid. I was able to easily adjust the strap to fit snugly around a 27" waist, but it also stretches slightly. When running I rotate the strap so the bag is along my back (not in front) but when walking I have the strap in front - it fits well either way.
