I have used the Lee wooden corn cutter for many, many years. My father gave me my first corn cutter about 30 years ago. He bought it at a hardware store in Burnsville, North Carolina. After my father died in 1996, I couldn't find Lee's corn cutters in the West. I was glad to find it on Revain. Friends and family love my fresh corn and cream, which I make and serve with every meal, but always with a purely traditional southern fried chicken dinner. People get excited when I send them home with their very own Lee Wood Corn Cutter. I adjust the blade so the recipient cuts off the tops of the corn kernels and show them how the blade slightly extrapolates the "cream" from the remaining kernels on the cob. It's simple and easy.
