The neutral taste is perfect for creative new protein bar flavors!

I love that this protein powder is unflavored so you can literally create any flavor you like! I don't like slurping shakes with meals or snacks so I use them to make protein bars! The neutral flavor means I can make sweet or savory bars, and I make creative flavors every time! Here's the recipe if you want to try them. For my bars, I use: 3 to 4 tablespoons of Vitafiber Syrup (IMO VitaFiber Syrup, 2.64 lbs, 28.4 fl. oz.) Sometimes I add 1/2 teaspoon of flavorings (Lorann Oils Bakery Emulsion Bundle, Red Velvet Princess Cake Cream Cheese Pumpkin, 4 oz liquid) or even flavored water concentrates! (For savory options, try a scoop of marmite, curry paste, bullion cubes, etc.) I then microwave this liquid on power level 4 for 2 minutes. While heating the syrup, I mix together: 5 tablespoons BulkSupplements CLEAN Whey Protein Powder *this product* if I add flavor or just pick a flavored protein you like 1 tablespoon coconut flour a few "chunks" of something tasty (for sweet these could be butter cookies, raisin yogurt, fiber, fruit snacks, etc.) or for savory, maybe add some chicken , sticks, nuts, crackers, you name it!) When the hot syrup is in the microwave, I then mix the powder into the liquid until well combined. I pour the mixture into silicone molds (Freshware SL-113RD 9-Cup Narrow Silicone Mold for Soap, Cake, Bread, Pie, Cheesecake, Cornbread, Muffins, Brownies, etc.) and pop them in the fridge for just half an hour. they are ready to go! It's also a smooth powder that's never clumpy and clear enough (to me) to be a "blank slate" for new flavors! But be aware that if you try this, you'll probably never go back to flavored proteins!
