Well done Bob and Tiny Tim and a nice addition to my wife's Christmas village. This figure is in the smaller Division 56 scale, measuring only about 2 1/2 inches from the base to the tip of Tiny Tim. . Also, since it appears to be hand-drawn, expect some variation. For example, our example lacked the stitched holes on Bob's pants, and the buttons on his shirt cuffs [Bob's knee patch was drawn] weren't painted either. The cloth cover on Tiny Tim's crutch was painted on, but one reviewer thought it was missing. Overall, our copy is basically as shown. Even if you don't collect parts of Dept 56 Dickens Village, this will make a nice addition to your Christmas display as it's instantly recognizable.
