This heater is designed for those who are only looking for radiant heat. I had never come across a radiation only device before and thought that maybe the air would be less dry without a fan. I received this unit to heat my garage for a car and while the room size is correct for the unit it is not powerful enough to heat the room. I can't blame the unit, I have poor insulation in my garage. I've tried turning the heater back on in the back room at the back of my house and have had better success. I believe that this heating can only work well in a carefully sealed new building. If you have an old house, this will be an uphill battle. I like the controls and also the security feature. It's reassuring to know that your heater will automatically turn itself off if it tips over. The controls were simple and intuitive. You can use the heater as soon as you take it out of the box, which is very understandable. It's also more attractive than many heaters, so it won't look too aggressive in your living space. Although the heater didn't do what I was hoping for, I think it's more a product of an uninsulated space than the heater itself. , so I continue to rate his product highly for its ease of use, attractiveness, and ability to heat up quickly.
