Review on Claritum by Kyle Miller

The product is very easy to use. It's not expensive for small projects as well as large ones. I have enjoyed using the tool and would recommend anyone else that needs to run similar programs. We used this product with another vendor (who didn't provide all the software we need) so it was very beneficial. We needed to create an invoice that could be seen by our customer as well as being able to check off items from the list. The ability for us as an organization (RMA) is able view all transactions that have taken place within our systems or any external source withing minutes/hours not days! This has been very beneficial because if something does go wrong we are aware immediately by this system so there isn't much chance it goes unnoticed until after hours - which can be costly!! It also helps keep track how often certain people do business through Rma's account such sales reps etc.
