Supplied with minimal damage to shipping carton. However, the upper right edge has a large dent and the lower right edge has a smaller dent. The door is out of order and does not close properly. The turntable glass top was poorly packaged and damaged the mica top with a large ragged hole in it. In this condition we cannot even test the microwave for functionality. In addition to the shipping damage, a close inspection revealed several questionable details indicative of loose construction - the front door body panel is not flush, the door design has jagged edges and gaps unrelated to shipping damage, the power cord was so short it was in there was a safe distance near the ovens without, and the connection of the cable to the oven itself was flexible. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to using this particular brand of oven. Returned the oven for a full refund. Due to poor build quality, I order Toshiba instead. I do not recommend.
