Saponins work differently on many people, but I've noticed some very clear effects. I take two in the morning, two in the afternoon and one in the evening. Keep in mind that the dosage is per kg and I powerlift 160kg - this is considered a moderate dose for me. I notice a slight increase in motivation to lift weights, increase strength and recover. That "emptiness" feeling that occurs several hours after a workout is alleviated much better with Tribulus than without.
