Well if it were it would be an absolute five star product except that one of the two vertical pieces that doesn't have holes for hanging pens was rough while everything else was smooth and shiny. was rough and rough. I suspect this part could also be why my block isn't vertical, so it seems like it's at a crazy tilt all the time. I just can't love him for that! The edges of the hangers are smooth, although all the other edges of the holes that things go in are a bit sharp, including the feet, so much so that I felt like I had to put rubber feet on them to make them stand on my hardwood floor without damage. In general it looks good, but not vertically. I think it's probably still worth it for the price, but the flaws pushed it to three stars. Update: Your CS team contacted me and offered me a partial refund or replacement parts. In the end we agreed to replace the entire unit as I wasn't exactly sure which part was the main problem but the warehouse sent me a part instead. Unfortunately that wasn't the part so I gave up and just took a refund but I upgraded it to 4 stars because their customer service really tried to help although it didn't solve my problems in this case.
