Added photo of unpacking and assembly process; All parts were clearly labeled and undamaged, assembly instructions were clear and illustrated with diagrams which made assembly very easy. It's a beautiful color (mine is cherry), it has a brand new scent, and the design is simple and no-frills. It wobbles a bit, but I don't mind if I wear a few thick layers on it. Not directly. sharp legs. Part is rough - the rest was nice. Good CS. $ worth, not as great as it could be.

Well if it were it would be an absolute five star product except that one of the two vertical pieces that doesn't have holes for hanging pens was rough while everything else was smooth and shiny. was rough and rough. I suspect this part could also be why my block isn't vertical, so it seems like it's at a crazy tilt all the time. I just can't love him for that! Not without effort

Firstly it was a very nice detail, very nice finish and texture. When reassembling I found that in the 3rd step (the first part using clothespins) was missing a threaded insert that could be used to mount the top. I contacted support who responded very quickly and promised to send a replacement part immediately even though I specifically asked for a threaded insert. When the replacement item arrived it was the 2nd riser not the 3rd so unusable. I contacted customer service again with this…
