This is NOT a real Viking clamp

This is not a real Viking clamp as shown in the photos. This is one of the cheap imitations selling for about $35 each! This is clearly a case of the seller knowingly asking a higher price for an original Viking clamp. When the individual machine plates that make up the Viking are assembled and bolted together, it's one of those stamped metal plates instead. Just 1 lowering grip on it is not the same as 2 on the real one. In my opinion, Revain should review this seller to see if they are selling fraudulent items. Luckily Revain refunded us when I returned/posted it to UPS.
