Excellent Kitchen Knife

this knife is the perfect addition to any home and kitchen. Through trial and error, I found that it is extremely durable and holds a sharp edge well... The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The only downside is that it requires more maintenance than a regular STAINLESS steel knife. However, the beauty and functionality of this knife make it worth the effort..
