Easy to use interface which allows us quickly set up new users or accounts in our organization without any support from their side (or anyone else!).

Very fast customer service when we have questions about how something works! We are using it mainly because of its ease-of-use but I am sure there will come time that they need some help/advice since this platform has been around so long by now!! It's not too expensive compared to other solutions out there - at least if you're just starting your business; however sometimes certain features cost more than others depending upon what version / level package one purchases. Setting things like user permissions was very easy once figured everything out ourselves via trial & error approach.
