It is a great bench. It is easy to adjust everything as it uses moveable pins instead of screws. It is very secure and simple to use. Assembly was easy as all parts were labeled. I did a lot of comparisons to what is out there before buying this, it is the best cost-effectiveness for features ratio. One of the nicest features is how the bench lifts to collapse and free up space in this mode it only takes up 17"(depth) x 30"(Width) x51"(height) when not in use. This was a key feature not found in almost all benches out there.
