I really liked these sandals for my son but we soon found that the left strap was sewn on backwards. Instead of the front, it was on the back of his heel (picture attached). My son was so confused about how to wear this side. The right side was done correctly and he had no trouble attaching it. After his fight I decided I should go ahead and ask for a refund. Revain surprised me with a full refund without having to return the sandals which was really nice but I don't know if my son will wear them that often because he said he looks like he has two different ones because of the straps sandals.
