Nice but Sloppy: my feedback
It's pretty. It has no ties or ways to close it. It just hangs. Since it's very "floppy" it may or may not hang in a flattering manner. I just wanted something to wear over my arms and shoulders with sleeveless tops and dresses. It works fine, but falls off and looks a bit unkempt. Other than that, it's pretty.
