Review on ROCONTRIP by Joshua Beaule

My most recent encounter with ROCONTRIP did not leave me with a favorable impression. Their customer service fell short despite their best efforts to delight their clientele. I struggled to complete my order on their website because of language barriers. I called their customer service department and was received with irritation and frustration when I asked for assistance. They didn't appear eager to help me and were annoyed by my questions. After using ROCONTRIP, I was left feeling dissatisfied and annoyed.
