I use this printer for personal use at home. It was pretty easy to set up the printer and connect it to my Wi-Fi network. At first I had to connect it to my computer using the USB cable that came with it, but once it was unplugged the wireless functions worked just fine. Labels are easy to load and paper is not wasted when loaded correctly. The printer is very fast and the print quality is excellent. The auto cutter is fast, but the label ejects with some "force" so that if you place the printer close to the edge of a table or stand, the labels will lift off the floor. I like the P-touch software which you can download from the Brother website and use with your printer. Although I haven't used it yet, I like the ability to print red and black on supported labels. Reinsert the protective sheet into the printer when not in use. I wonder how many people threw away the protective film because they didn't read the instructions? Maybe Brother should print on a protective film to avoid throwing and throwing away! Trying to determine which labels to use with the printer can be confusing as Brother has several label printers and the label rolls look the same. So far I've bought a box of Brother mailing labels that work great with the QL-810W. Although it has nothing to do with the quality of the QL-810W printer, the iPrint&Label app for iPad is rather weak for printing mailing labels. I would give the printer five stars if I didn't have to remove the labels and re-insert the protective film when the printer is not in use.
