I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week and through my daily gym, sweat and death ritual I take in quite a lot of protein to keep those muscles all the love they can. I've tried many different types of protein, from your favorite whey to the all-important muscle milk protein. To me protein is protein but to my mum she is very adamant about HEALTHY ORGANIC foods so I tried this organic protein and I have to say it's not a bad trip on just water and as with every other review I recommend mixing it with everything. Otherwise, BUT if you can't prime your taste buds for a rollercoaster adventure, it can be even more exhausting than going to the gym. The protein is good, I have no complaints, I like it and it satisfies my needs. It's dairy-free, so people who tend to fart and poop too much can eat it. It does the organic part so my mom can rip my ass off. It's vegan so you can feel more comfortable using it and it stops vegans from complaining about you and its protein so it satisfies my needs as a strength athlete. All in all I think if you are looking for protein and you want it to be organic, dairy free and vegan then this protein could be for you.
