Review on Green SOCKET CX3417-1836Scan S740: π Fast and Accurate 2D Barcode Scanner by David Fields
This scanner does not work.
I spent an hour with Lee in tech to connect this scanner to my iPad and our new ordering system. It didn't work and he told me it was a new ordering system. It turns out that the old system of order doesn't work either. Not to mention that their technical phone system is terrible! When you call it goes to voicemail after 1 minute and asks you to leave a message. They don't tell you opening times when you call. And finally, I bet there's no record of the hour I spent on the phone with them and if I call back I'll have to start all over again. again.
