Review on ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Easy and Secure Assembly: Set of 4 No-Mortise Bed Frame Brackets for Connecting Headboard & Footboard to Side Rails - Includes Screws & Instructions by Kimberly Peterson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Did exactly what I needed.

I bought others but I wasn't happy with them. I've seen them used by Bourbon Moth Woodworking on YouTube and they looked a lot stronger. Ordered a set and shortly after receiving it I decided to try it on an oak bed that I had spent a lot of time making. I would normally use a mortise and bolt fastener to connect the bed rails. But for this project I didn't have room to carry them up the stairs. I actually clamped the bed rails in place and then screwed them on, which worked really well for me. I was impressed how durable they are. I also built an I-beam structure for the center of my bed to support the width of a king-size mattress. My kids jump over this thing and nothing moves. I have no regrets taking them and will likely use them in the future. If you are new to this type of thing, be sure to secure it in place and use the self centering fixture, this will prevent it from moving due to the off center pilot holes.
