I installed the Maestro RR when I upgraded the standard radios in my 2012 Highlander to a Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX. I used to use the AXXESS steering wheel control interface. The Maestro RR combines a steering wheel control interface with an OBDII monitor, giving me the ability to see CAN bus information and, more importantly, individual tire pressures on the head unit screen. From the factory, the car's dashboard only has a low tire pressure indicator, and you have to guess which tire sensor is being triggered.
