I actually like them a bit more than my original Shark brand mop heads. While they feel a bit thinner, they're much softer and seem to do the cleaning job just as well as Shark's brands. They have a frayed inside, but I only use microfiber for my fingers. I live in the North East and in winter my floors, especially in the entryway, get covered with salt very quickly. Despite the fact that there are special indoor shoes or sandals in it, the dirt inevitably somehow wanders around the house. With this mop and a range of extra attachments, it's really easy to clean up the mess and keep your floors clean without having to wash them twice a week. They pick up all the dirt well and clean the floors. Really dirty floors sometimes take two passes (once with a first mop and a second pad with a fresh and clean mop head), but I can usually clean my apartment with one mop. If you're looking for more mop brushes, this is a fantastic and cheap option.
