Worked "well" until it broke. I've had it less than 6 months and the heating element on the flat press stopped working. Previously, the heating was uneven and manifested itself in sublimated products. In addition, the mug press gives off a very strong odor when in use. I thought it would go away after a few uses but I had to open the windows to use the mug press. The hat press never worked. Products are shifted due to the pivoting top of the hat press. Even with professional spray and tape, misalignment will occur. I contacted the seller and they sent me videos showing how to disassemble it to try and fix the heating element. . I will update this review if a different resolution is offered, but be careful with the buyer. You must contact the original seller via Facebook to submit videos proving your item is not working. For the price you pay you can buy a much better quality press that will not break after 6 months. UPDATE: After I submitted my Revain review, the seller contacted me to suggest replacing the heat press and requesting an updated review if everything is ok. New heat press worked when received. Hopefully this one works for the last 6 months.
