Easy to install, pretty transparent

I ordered this for my balcony so my dog wouldn’t bark at other dogs passing by. I put it up at night time and noticed I could see right through it, I had extra so I folded it over and doubled it up, and could still see through it. I thought it may be better during the day, but with the sun out I can still see through it perfectly. I would say it could be good for shade and I’m not sure how well you can see in through the other side but I’d imagine the same as I can see out. The description did say 90% privacy so I should have realized it wouldn’t be exactly like the privacy shown in the photo. I plan on buying some faux ivy or something to put over it and just layer it.
