Review on STT LAMP RED UNDER SUBMERSABLE by Isaiah Bower

This is not a 'kit' and is not advertised as a kit. This is the only replacement lamp. I use them on a small boat trailer. They are often submerged in seawater, and while the PCBs are submerged in resin, some LEDs die every season. Seawater kills electrical equipment no matter what you do. These are the Grote brand and they last longer than others I've used. If enough LEDs go out I will replace the light. The one on the right has no license plate light (white). If you don't need a license plate light and are replacing another left hand Grote unit, you can pull out the internals and install them upside down in the left hand side housing your trailer already has. The color code on the wires will be wrong, but if that bothers you, buy a left block.
