This is a fairly reliable car phone mount. I use it for work as a delivery driver and it's pretty solid when the truck is shaking after hitting potholes in the road. The only problem is that the rubber pieces that hold the holder in place shift depending on the type of holder. In addition, the spreader mechanism can be damaged if the device falls heavily. That being said, the latter isn't that important for ordinary cars with standard cup holders. I like the product. He does what I need.
