Review on Frying pan PROFFI Kitchen cast iron, diameter 28 cm by Stanislaw Szudek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything about the purchase suits me, a very necessary product.

Although it worked perfectly for frying potatoes, thin Teflon was not compatible with this method. It is also convenient to stew in it, but I wouldn't dare to cook the scrambled eggs in it since everything will start sticking later (speaking from experience, if you fried the scrambled eggs, the first pair of pancakes you make in nearly any pan would stick and turn over poorly). It is also convenient to stew in it because it is large enough to hold a lot of food at once. My pen does not get warm, but the stove that I use to cook is made of glass and ceramic rather than gas. In passing, I might mention that the pan gets along fairly well with her and does not become too hot.

Pros
  • It heats up quickly and maintains the temperature for a considerable amount of time.
Cons
  • It is heavy, but this is a sign that cast iron, and owing to its gravity, it is able to maintain a consistent temperature.

Induction cast iron is fine. Cover is bad

With its pros. Doesn't burn. Convenient to use. The meat comes out juicy. Suitable for induction. Different cons: It did not work out in the dishwasher, traces remain. And it takes up a lot of space, it’s better to put 5 plates)

Looks great, but not suitable for serious cooking.
