OY! Buyer warning! I've had it for about 2 months and it started off almost perfectly, but now the height isn't fully adjustable, the arms need to be tightened every day and it has terrible forward lean. I took it apart and put it back together to see if that helps or not. I haven't tweaked much, mostly up and down. I'm 5ft 4" and needed a foot brace when it was at max height (as expected) but now my knees are at max height above my hips so the adjustment obviously doesn't work anymore. Because it happened over time, I didn't realize it until the pain in my neck and shoulders became unbearable. The head and back pads are good and they roll well, but that's the only plus. This is a Revain endorsed product and you should be ashamed.
