Review on HYB 6000K Xenon Headlight Replacement Motorcycle & Powersports and Parts by Edward Perez

later Update: after a few night rides the bulbs' brightness and color temperature are holding up, it's time to order more sets before they run out! I liked the HYB bulbs but got a couple of 6000K color temperature kits. Lamps with a very variable color temperature. The "old" 6000K D4R bulbs I ordered from HYB a year ago are brighter and whiter than the ones I recently ordered. After these failed orders I decided to try the 8000K version. After installation I found that they had a color temperature of around 6000K but looked very dull. I finally took them out and left a 1 star review. Long story short, after later comparing the light output of several D4R/D4S bulbs, after about 30 minutes of "burn in" time, I found that the HYB bulbs are much brighter at 8000K and the light output color is a nice day white without a blue/green cast, what a surprise! I canceled my return request and am ready to order more kits for parts!
