No brightness adjustment on the monitor

GREAT ad! There is no brightness or contrast adjustment on the monitor. You must go online to set it up. An absolute pain in the ass! Made my work network crazy! But I need to view multiple HUGE Excel workbooks at once. So I needed a HUGE screen. My employer did NOT DELIVER. Everything is better with a HUGE screen! But it still hurts when my eyes burn out because there are NO controls on the monitor itself!
