Review on Dogtra 200C Remote Training Collar by Sue Taylor

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good, but not great: dogs

Good, but not great. I have used another brand in the past and decided to try the Dogtra 200C. My dog can be very stubborn, but also very sensitive to stimuli. The vibration on this device is too strong and cannot be adjusted. The good thing is that I have never had to use any type of electrostimulation and the vibration immediately stops his bad behavior. I wish it had a beep function so I can beep it now that it has learned to respond to vibrations. I probably wouldn't buy it again, but it helped me get through his initial training. I might end up going back to another brand that I completed his apprenticeship with. I get about six hours of battery life if I don't use the stimulation very often. With the other brand I used I could hunt for two days and still have a load left.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Some errors
