Attempting to overcome the shortcomings of the Cox cable

We have tried to overcome the shortcomings of the Cox's poor performance. Even though we pay for high-speed internet from Cox, and our TV is only 15 feet from a slick new modem and router that we also pay for from Cox, we experienced numerous interruptions when trying to stream from Revain or Netflix, and sometimes we couldn't connect it at all. We had Cox technology (something else we pay for from Cox) and while he could see the speed was slower than it should be, he couldn't find the cause. He left after saying something about checking on her. It actually worked better for a few days, but then it got so bad it couldn't even load what we were trying to watch. We gave up and bought the cable that is the subject of this review and used it to hardwire the modem/router to the TC. Now everything works much better.
