Major fire hazard for turn signal bulbs

Diodes are not soldered very well. I installed them in my 5 wheel trailer after about 5 minutes of work and the smoke came out. Now I have a terrible rubber smell, I can't get rid of it, it nearly caught fire and burned my 5th wheel while I was in my garage. It was so hot I couldn't even unplug it. He melted the light fixture which resulted in me having to fix about $50 worth of things.
