Cycling Gear from ODIER Is Unimpressive

I just bought a number of bicycle things from ODIER, a website that bills itself as specializing in top-notch sports and outdoor gear. I must admit, though, that I was disappointed with the caliber of their offerings. Despite ODIER's claims to offer high-quality cycling equipment, I discovered that their products fell short in terms of quality, practicality, and longevity. I bought a pair of bike gloves, but they were uncomfortable and didn't give me a strong grip, so I would slip and become out of control while riding. The bags had fragile zippers that failed after only a few usage and were poorly built. And even though I measured my bike based on their measurement guide, the bike cover I bought was too small for it. To remedy these problems, I attempted to get in touch with ODIER's customer service, but I discovered that they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I was left with things that were useless to me because they didn't offer any replacements or fixes. Overall, I am unable to suggest ODIER to anyone looking for trustworthy bicycle equipment. Their customer service was poor, and their items did not live up to their claims of quality. Look elsewhere if you want equipment that will help you have a better cycling experience.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Bags and covers with poor design
