You will be left with excess dough around the cookies. Size (regular kitchen glass). Use a wafer-thin spatula. Work on a lightly floured piece of parchment paper. The cookies are baked in 6 minutes. and do not use cold dough. I don't see how it wouldn't create a sticky mess. Do what I recommended above. Enjoy your cookies.
