I would say these are a gimmick
These soles do nothing for my feet so I am supprised to see how many reviews say they are great. I wish they did work. I'm using them in my georgia work boots but the only time I got relief is when I take my boots off after work and put my crocks on. Or basically any other shoes so maybe its the boots but I've had these boots for almost 2 years and my feet just started to bother me to the point I even have leg pain.
- Works great with lots of support
- The insoles may not be effective for people with extremely flat feet or high arches
