I put this on my hair after using the copper shampoo and it has REALLY transformed my hair. I used the mask once and then again a few days later. I recommend shampooing first, then I got out of the shower, combed my hair and waited until it was damp, then applied the mask while wearing gloves. I left it on for about 10 minutes and then washed it off, used conditioner and blow dried my hair. I could really tell the difference after the second use. HIGHLY recommend if you're trying to get rid of those stubborn copper tones!
