It's easy for me. For just a little more money than a pair of Vans or All Stars, you get a much more solid shoe. Chrome makes cycling shoes. The Kursk AW line is excellent for this purpose, but also for everyday use. You get their reinforced shank, which gives the sole more bounce as you pedal, but that's fine for everyday wear. It's the durable materials and attention to detail, like polished metal eyelets that prevent lace wear, that set them apart from the competition. As for the size, I've read everything. The Chrome Industries website actually says they're half a size bigger. Others here say small. As for me, I wear 9.5 in running shoes and they fit me perfectly, so I recommend you order any size for running or working out. This is my first pair of Chrome Industries. This won't be my last. Recommend.
