Great design perfect for 11# Chihuahua

I was looking for a safe and comfortable open-top pet carrier for my little Chihuahua. That's great. It's durable and well built. The soft bottom is durable yet comfortable. I put a piece of thick foam under the pillow to elevate it a little higher so it could see us driving. The only problem I have is the dog and not the carrier. When parked I have to unbuckle the seat belt from his seat belt or he twists it and tries to get out to get to me. He doesn't do it while driving, only when the car stops and he wants to get out and come with me.
