The heated grips look good and are easy to fit. However, when I was almost done with the installation, I found that the glue that came with the installation kit was old and hard and tough. When I called customer service and told them the glue was defective and asked them to send me a new bottle of glue, the answer was basically no. At this point I got mad and asked them if they would be willing to lose a customer for a dollar bottle of glue and they almost said yes. come pre packed and if they don't work you're out of luck because they don't have any parts either so good luck
