Small pieces of tape at an angle.
The first 1/4 roll did not come off the roll as a single piece of tape. Once you start it will break into small pieces. The roll had many dents and looked like it had been heated or melted down. After about 10 minutes of fighting with him, the first 1/4 part was gone. If you pull a piece straight, it will come loose, a full piece at least. If I hadn't needed the broadband on the day I received it, I would have sent it back immediately. I do not recommend this product.
