My wife had a Robotwist for many years and loved it. It eventually disappeared and we ordered another without hesitation. When the item arrived we noticed that there was a slippery oily substance on the outside and inside of the clamshell packaging. The device itself was slippery and slippery, smelled almost like dish soap, but apparently it worked: we put the batteries in, and as the red sticker on the device said, "Robotwist will automatically reset." It performed this operation as intended . The next day, my wife tried to put it into practice for the first time. And it didn't work. She pressed the green button and the machine growled but nothing moved. We tried two other sets of batteries with the same result. Since we foolishly threw the package away after foolishly thinking it correctly performed the initial reset, there is no way for us to return it for a refund. But rest assured we will never buy another one again. ZERO stars.
